DESCRIPTION:This workshop helps participants understand how conflict escalates\, explains the meaning of polarities and paradoxes in conflict\, and offers models on how to better understand conflict\, whether the conflict is incident or issue based. Participants will be provided with opportunities to examine conflict cases through the lens of the conflict models and will practice approaches to working through the conflict examples.
